Testimonials

When you were released from the service, you would have received either a MD143 Certificate of Service or a MD142 Statement of Service depending on the number of years you served. This was your official testimonial of your service within the RNZAF.

A duplicate copy of your testimonial can be requested from the Directorate of Personnel. The following information must be provided to ensure your request can be fulfilled:

Full service description (include Maiden name if applicable)
Date of birth
Service
