JLSO Awards
The Joint Logistics and Support Organisation (JLSO) Medals Ceremony was held in the presence of family, friends and colleagues, at the National Service Centre (NSC), Trentham on 31 March 2010.
Chief of Defence Force, Lieutenant General Jerry Mateparae and Senior Officers of the Executive Leadership Team attended the ceremony.
Chief of Air Force, Air Vice-Marshal Graham Lintott presented the New Zealand Armed Forces Award (NZAFA) to Wing Commander Neil Taylor. WGCDR Taylor enlisted into the RNZAF on 28 June 1994 as a Works Officer. Since then he has served in the Woodbourne Works Flight, Air Staff, and Ohakea Works Flight. WGCDR Taylor attended Command and Staff College in 2007 and is currently posted as the Business Services Manager, Property Group, JLSO. WGCDR Taylor is currently deployed in Sinai, Egypt on Operation Farad as the Works Officer.
Commander, Joint Forces New Zealand, Air Vice-Marshal Peter Stockwell presented the GSM (Timor-Leste) to Corporal Fraser Clegg. CPL Clegg served in Timor-Leste from 4 June–21 December 2009 as the National Support Element’s Purchasing Clerk.
