Korean war to be commemorated

His Excellency Mr Joon-Gyu Lee, Ambassador of the Republic of Korea, will attend a wreath laying ceremony to commemorate the 58th anniversary of the start of the Korean War. 

The service will be conducted by Chaplain John Neal, Principal Defence Chaplain, and will be attended by the Chief of Defence Force, Lieutenant General Jerry Mateparae.

When: Wednesday 25 June, 11.00am

Where: National War Memorial and Tomb of the Unknown Warrior, Buckle Street, Wellington.
